Post-purchase expert, Shipup, wanted to position itself as the thought leader amongst eCommerce decision-makers in the UK. Its biggest challenge was driving awareness in the UK market, having already established a name for itself in France. A two-pronged campaign including a steady drumbeat of earned media to drive awareness of Shipup, paired with a digital programme to build a direct relationship with a hyper-targeted group of eCommerce decision-makers. 100% of articles secured featured SEO keywords such as “post-purchase experience”, and 38% of articles featured backlinks, driving readers back to the Shipup website, increasing Shipup’s search engine placement and increasing its domain authority. Through an ABM campaign carried out on the LinkedIn profile of Shipup’s CEO Agop Ashjian, With successfully engaged 28/35 target accounts. New contacts were 95.6% CEO to Director level, helping to drive a 66% increase in engagement on Agop’s content from key decision makers, as well as securing him a top voice badge on LinkedIn, cementing his position as a thought leader.
